Program Description

By opting in, members agree to receive informational text messages from IAEP Local 394. Messages may include notices regarding union meetings, voting, elections, contract negotiations, union updates, scheduling information, and emergency or time-sensitive notifications.

Consent

Participation in the SMS program is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of union membership, website registration, or access to member services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on union activity and operational needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the member’s wireless carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Members may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any IAEP Local 394 text message.

After opting out, the member will no longer receive text messages from the program unless they opt in again through an approved consent process.
